Instead, our ciders are dry and pure with a refined taste, often with zero residual sugars and always gluten free

Laying the foundation of what makes Ficklewood Cider unique. This creation originates from three different yeasts that were carefully selected making three different ciders which are blended together to give an amazing apple blossom aroma, full mouth feel, and crisp apple finish.
This unique cider is fermented dry with beet and date sugars, roasted and steeped pistachios, blood orange zest, and fruit, before being aged on Hungarian and French oak. Breathe in the pistachio aroma, taste the blood orange, and then settle back for a nice oak finish.
This cider was steeped with the ripe flesh of mangos and plentiful citrus hops. Breathe in the magical aroma of our favorite elixir and let the fruit and botanicals bounce across your taste buds.
Starting with our original fresh-pressed apples, adding heritage apples from Northern California, then raw wildflower fresh local honey, fermented dry, and aged on oak for a rich experience for your palate.
This crisp juicy cider, inspired by our passion for the hop flower, is made with citrusy Mosaic hops!
A fun cider twist on the Gose German style beer. This cider will delight your senses with ginger, coriander, pink peppercorn, and smoked sea salt. To round it all out we age this cider on toasted oak.
This creamy and aromatic cider is created with blackberries and a touch of vanilla. We then aged this perfect marriage with Hungarian and French Oak. This all combines for a rich and tannic experience like no other.
In some folklore apricot is known as the forbidden fruit. We crush the apricot soak it in our original cider and compliment it with citrus hops for a light and refreshing easy to drink experience.
Crushed cranberries and fresh clementine layer together in this juicy fruit forward, dry cider. Pairs well with any season!

Solace Beach is crafted with Saison yeast, freshly pressed apples and a tincture made with grapefruit zest, fennel and thyme. This cider is one of our finest creations yet, with only 5 kegs available until it's a cherished memory.

Our newest peach-infused cider celebrates summer and welcomes fall with notes of cinnamon and cardamom.
Starting with our Original Cider, we ground and steeped Long Beach’s local Rose Park Roasters’ Coffee Beans.
Freshly crushed apples with a touch of rosemary and lemongrass, fermented with a saison yeast that delivers a crisp and dry cider unlike any we have made thus far!
Created with a nordic yeast that provides a clean fermentation and blended with local gin botanicals and juniper berry.
